Prospective Member Process

Prospective members begin by visiting a chapter as an Athithi.

Application and Fees

During the visit, applicants can apply for Vyapaar Zone membership by completing the online application form and paying the membership fees at Vyapaar Zone Website.

Evaluation Process

The membership application undergoes evaluation by the Head Table (HT) and/or Zonal Team (ZT).

Processing Time

Membership processing typically takes a few days.

Approval and Eligibility

Upon approval by the HT or ZT, applicants become eligible to attend meetings as Vyapaari.

Notification of New Members

Before formal induction, a notification is shared in the official WhatsApp group announcing the new member's details.

Objection Period

Vyapaaris are encouraged to raise objections within 48 hours of the notification.

Discussion and Resolution

In case of objections, the HT engages in a discussion to understand concerns. Valid objections lead to a reassessment by the HT.

Visit Requirement

New members cannot be inducted unless they have visited the chapter as an Athithi at least once.
