Substitute Requirement

If a Vyapaari cannot attend a meeting, they must send a substitute in their place.

Substitute Limitation

A maximum of 3 substitutes will be allowed in the previous 6 months, calculated on a rolling basis.

Absent Consequences

If a Vyapaari accumulates 3 or more absences (3+1) in Chapter Meetings within the previous 6 months, it will lead to a change to Open Category.

Re-Induction Process

A member can be re-inducted into the Chapter after payment of the full membership fees again, subject to the availability of the business category in the Chapter and approval from the Head Table and Zonal Team.
