1. Get opportunity to host Vyapaar Showcase & get to speak for 30 Min to 60 Min to explain your business in detail

2. Permission to host Vyapaar Showcase will be given by HT

3. Meetings to take place in the host member’s Office /Workspace/ Business Premises/ Conference Room/ Showroom, which helps other members to experience the product & services of the host member.

4. Meeting can be organized at Tea/Snacks, Host Member will organize the meeting. There will be no cover charges for the attendee members

5. Head Table should take initiative to organize Vyapaar Showcase, atleast twice in a month

6. Ensure minimum 50% Chapter members should attend Vyapaar Showcase.

Try to generate Immediate Reference at the place where hosting of Vyapaar Showcase is being conducted.

7. Punching in the VZ App is equally important because it makes members accountable and also it will be counted in to your chapter performance.

8. Click the Photos & Videos during Vyapaar Showcase and upload in the mobile app, so that it can lend to FB page of Vyapaar Zone

9. This how, it creates good bonding amongst members and easiest way to generate references.
